Wash and clean the trotters
Place them in a cooker and add the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper pwdr, barley, green chillies and coriander powder
Pressure cook the trotters till 6 whistles
Heat oil and add the whole spices and fry till they crackle
Add thebalkced onion and saute till golden browb
Add the sliced garlic and saute
Now add all the dry spices powders. And fry
Add the whole wheat flour and saute till the raw smell disappears
Add the curd and fry for few mins
Now add the boiled trotters and boil for 40 mins
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Serve hot with pav and khicdi
